It's sunny here in Vancouver, so probably as good a time as any to go and ride my bike.

Scotland's Downwards Towpath Challenge race was held over the weekend, in Fort William, North. Greg Minaar took the win from some other cyclists. Matti's headcammed run above is about the best example of bike abuse I've seen in quite some time, and he's taking it fairly easy after coming back from breaking his back early last season.
