Silverstar bike park - it has berms, big ones

Well, I quit my job, and headed out to Canada to do a whole bunch of riding and then get a job. That's the setup.

So, here's some shots from Silverstar, a bike park in BC just north of Vernon. It's mostly empty because Vernon isn't really all that big, and people from Vancouver and the nearby cities and towns really can't be arsed to drive for 12 hours* to get to this little toytown-alike ski resort.

They really should.

Bear Country

A short vid on surviving cycling in bear country, as put together by a friend for my upcoming roadtrip in BC. Sound advice throughout that I shall definitely pay close attention to.

Not to be confused with cycling in bare country, which was a very different story.
