Hurtwood Forum for Mountainbiking. If you're local, or use the Surrey Hills trails lots, they why not get amongst it at this meeting, assuming there's still places left (I've been a bit slack getting this posted).
The guys at Redlands Trails already have good communications with the Hurtwood and are the only ones really doing anything about bike access issues in the area, but it won't hurt to have more voices in there.
While you're there, I think I'll be joining these folks instead. I like the way the bullet points are ordered.

The Hurtwood spiel is all about not going too fast, how to avoid the trails being closed etc and the first thing NSMBA say is to "keep the trails challenging".
Sad.
